Your natural bone structure, proportions, scale, and balance of soft and angular characteristics all influence how clothing interacts with you. In this personalized analysis, I’ll identify your unique combination of these elements and translate them into practical styling recommendations designed to work with your natural lines.

You’ll discover which necklines, silhouettes, lengths, fabrics, and details create the most harmony with your features giving you a personalized framework for understanding not only what looks good on you, but why so you can create outfits that suit you instead of wondering why something looks off.

My approach draws on principles of yin and yang balance, visual harmony, and personal line, combined with my professional background in color analysis and ongoing image-management education with the International Image Institute. The result is a personalized analysis designed to help you recognize the shapes and styling choices that naturally complement you.

Your Analysis includes:

• Overall line & silhouette — the lines that best complement your natural structure
• Yin/yang balance — understanding the interplay of softness, angularity, structure, and delicacy in your features
• Necklines — shapes that harmonize with your bone structure
• Lengths & proportions — guidance on hem length, sleeve length, waist placement, and overall scale
• Fabrics & texture — materials and surface qualities that support your natural essence
• Details & shapes — recommendations for prints, embellishment, hardware, collars, pockets, and other design elements
• Putting it all together — practical guidance for creating outfits that feel cohesive and naturally harmonious

Please note: As part of your analysis, I may also explain your results using Kibbe terminology where I find it helpful. There is some overlap between the principles explored in this analysis and the body-typing methodology developed and popularized by David Kibbe. However, I am not associated with or affiliated with David Kibbe or his system, and this analysis is not an official Kibbe typing.

David Kibbe does not offer professional training or certification in his system, and he has stated that official typing within his system can only be performed by him. When I reference Kibbe terminology, it is simply to provide an additional point of reference and context for the concepts discussed.

How It Works

Once you purchase your Body Type Analysis, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with a link to a Google Form. This form will guide you through submitting the photos and information needed for your personalized body type analysis.

For the most accurate analysis, you’ll be required to submit a full-body photo wearing tight-fitting clothing, such as leggings and a fitted workout top. This allows me to clearly see your natural structure and provide the most accurate recommendations for you. You will also be asked to submit historical photos (photos of you throughout your lifetime). 

For your Video Call:

When your results are delivered to your email, I will include a link to schedule your 30 minute video call. In the video call, I will walk through your body type analysis step-by-step and answer any questions you have! Your video call can be recorded if you would like so you always have it for reference. Meeting availability is typically within 5 business days, though earlier openings are sometimes available.

You can expect your results within approximately 14 days from when you submit your photos!

It is important that you take your time and follow the instructions for the photos carefully in order to prevent delays that can occur if I need to request additional photos from you.
